We have divided rebuilding food systems into two phases, one of which is to maximize productivity in a way that maximizes sustainability and economic benefits. Another minimize hunger insecurity, with regard equity. Firstly, we use Euclidean Metri Complete Connection Method for cluster analysis according the production efficiency structure various foods. Then countries are classified different structures productivity. Secondly, quantified indicators make standard deviations risks production. Using models, principal component analysis, factor figure out how distribute among worldwide. Thirdly, model used analyze coefficient insecurity degree each country, so as obtain utility level distribution country. The developed relatively flat, while underdeveloped steeper. So, less higher than countries. Therefore, when measure total food, multiply difference by quantity mixture add original level.
